Unfortunately, my room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. I found hair on the floor in various areas, including the bathroom and balcony. This. Although the reception staff responded politely and quickly addressed the issue, the initial experience left a negative impression.

Hotel was exceptionally comfortable and stylish, enjoyed our stay.

The double room was functional and perfect for what we needed. It was with a walk-in shower.

The room we booked was brand-new, with comfortable bed, balcony, amazing pillows. The location was good and magnificent - just 5 minutes' walk from Museum of Cadiz. Moreover, it's close enough to a pedestrian area, and the cathedral in the centre of the old town.

The staff was pleasant and exceptionally kind...

the breakfast was a bit lacking. mostly cheap pastries and spongey eggs. the staff was super friendly. the rooftop terrace provided great views of the cathedral. my room had excellent air conditioning.

That was stylish hotel set in pretty quiet area, just next door to shops bars and restaurants, train station and the old town. We have spent 1 day in twin room with a balcony and comfy beds, everything was beautiful. It was excellent as expected, and the staff were extremely helpful people on night shift.

I was left shockingly unimpressed, even though I thought I would be basking in luxury. The breakfast was overpriced and tastless, not at all like the pictures. Plus, our room overlooking some boring street felt utterly misrepresented. I expected a room upgrade to make up for these mishaps, but clearly, that's not standard here.

I loved the spacious Superior Double Room with a wonderful terrace that offered excellent views! The super comfortable bed, and the helpful reception staff were pretty good too assist. The perfect location allowed me to easily explore the old town's charm.

Just a nice choice for an overnight stopping in Cadiz with very nice value for money. The rooftop sitting area provided fine views of the surroundings.

While the location was excellent, awesome for easy access to local attractions, the breakfast options were limited, lacking variety and quality. Some noise at night affected sleep quality .
